Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a high-impact, innovative company committed to achieving strategic growth. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, and collaborating closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), the CEO will play a pivotal role in the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

*

Lead and inspire a motivated team, extracting the best performance while fostering a results-oriented environment.

*

Collaborate with the Board to shape the company’s strategy and ensure the execution of both long- and short-term plans.

*

Oversee the organizational structure to align with strategic goals.

*

Identify and manage principal risks while ensuring effective risk management strategies are in place.

*

Management & Operations:

*

Ensure company expenditures are in line with authorized budgets and oversee financial operations.

*

Maintain robust internal controls and management systems.

*

Act as the key liaison between management and the Board, ensuring clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

*

Lead the development of partnerships and customer-focused strategies.

*

Governance & Compliance:

*

Work with the Chairman to develop board agendas, ensure effective shareholder communication, and lead corporate governance practices.

*

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of corporate responsibility.

*

Create a safe working environment and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.

*

Financing & Growth:

*

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, working with the Board to secure the funding necessary to meet short, medium, and long-term goals.

Play an active role in securing additional financing and managing key relationships with financial partners.

*

Commercial & Market Development:

*

Lead the identification and development of supply chain partners and build strong working relationships.

*

Drive the evolution of products to meet market demands and maintain a focus on performance, cost, and customer satisfaction.

Desired Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) leading organizations at a senior level.

*

Expertise in renewable energy, building design, and marketplace applications.

*

Strong commercial acumen and global business development experience, including international market expansion.

*

Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques, statutory regulations, and quality systems.

*

Established network within the building envelope, construction, or related sectors.

*

Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse stakeholders.

*

Financial management experience, including budgeting, reporting, and securing funding.

*

IT literate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
