Description

Manage and maintain staff rosters ensuring all shifts are covered.
Coordinate with department heads to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Monitor staff attendance and report any issues promptly.
Handle all rota-related queries efficiently and professionally.
Ensure all rota information is updated and accurate in the system.
Assist in the induction process for new staff members.
Support the wider team with administrative duties as required.
Comply with all relevant healthcare industry regulations and standards.Profile

A successful Rota Administrator should have:
