The company:

This is not your average Architectural vacancy but an opportunity to work for the in house Architectural design arm of a very successful construction and development business based near Leeds. The business designs, develops and constructs accommodation based projects throughout the UK.

The role:

Due to significant growth this business has a requirement for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join this talented design team as a Team Lead. You should be a high energy individual looking to develop your career with an entrepreneurial organisation. You will ideally have a minimum of 10 years post degree or HND experience working within an architectural practice or a construction business.

You will be involved with projects from the front end feasibility and design, construction information stages right through to completion on each scheme.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 10 years PQE

* Excellent technical and problem solving skills.

* Experience of working on projects from inception through to completion.

* An understanding / practical knowledge of Revit / BIM including modelling and BIM strategy.

* You should have excellent construction knowledge with the ability to produce construction and detailed working drawings and packages quickly and efficiently.

* Experience of working on accommodation based projects up to value of £6M would be beneficial.
