The company:

An award winning regional Residential Developer who specialise in schemes across the Southern Home Counties.

The role:

Reporting into a Commercial Manager your role will involve but not be limited to:

* Develop project budgets based on estimates and provide cost information to project managers and clients

* Assist to prepare and submit competitive bids and tenders for new projects

* Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible deals

* Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with project costs and timelines

* Suggest alternative materials or methods that can achieve cost savings

* Monitor project costs against estimates and budgets, identifying any variances

* Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, tender submissions, and correspondence with suppliers and subcontractors

About you:

* Previous recent experience as an Estimator

* Qualified in a related field to HNC or above standard

* Experience working on residential schemes would be preferable, but not essential
