An understanding of the importance of great customer service and the ability to deliver first class customer service
Be able to communicate clearly, both written and verbally in a super friendly and professional way
Be a team player
Have an eye for detail
Have a hunger to learn and develop
Be courteous, polite and able to build relationships easily with both colleagues and customers alike  
  Additional skills that are desired but not all are essential are.

Previous people management experience
Creative flare
Commercial awareness
Good negotiation skills
Ability to self-motivate and motivate others
A knowledge of social media and good IT skills
Ability to be involved and possibly lead new projects
