Mac Recruit Group are delighted to represent our client, a large group of companies who specialise in the sale, service, and support of JCB machinery. A Field Service Engineer is required to join their team in Bristol. This is a field-based role where you will travel from your home directly to customers sites.

Field Service Engineer duties:

* Inspect, diagnose, and repair faults in JCB crushers and related machinery.

* Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the crusher plant.

* Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

* Perform major overhauls and ensure machinery complies with safety and operational standards.

* Attend breakdowns on-site, providing rapid and effective solutions to minimize downtime.

* Maintain accurate service records and complete job reports.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during repairs and maintenance.

Field Service Engineer requirements:

* Relevant experience and qualifications e.g. City and Guild, NVQ or SVQ qualifications in Construction Plant Maintenance

* Experience in construction plant, diesel engines, electrics, hydraulics, transmissions, and fault finding using electronic diagnostic equipment
