What You'll Do:

Provide tailored support to students with SEN, helping them to engage with the curriculum and achieve their goals.
Work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to implement Individual Education Plans.
Create a safe and supportive environment where every student feels valued.What We're Looking For:

Someone with a strong desire to support students with special needs.
Experience working in an SEN environment is highly desirable.
