You'll be hands on and proactive in your approach in leading the team, supporting with the financial aspects of the business and motivating the team to be the best version of themselves.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY
Previous hospitality management experience
P&L accountability
Communicate effectively at all levels
Planning and organising skills
Excellent attention to detail and standards
Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
Excellent commercial skills
