Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience on a support desk or in an IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, networking (LAN, WAN, VLAN, WIFI, IPSEC, VPN), and Windows Servers.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- A full driving licence (access to a vehicle is beneficial but not required).
- Technical qualifications such as CompTIA A+ are advantageous but not essential.
