We are working in collaboration with a dynamic and trusted general contracting business that are about to commence works on a community initiative project in the heart of Plymouth. 

They are in need of an experienced Site Manager to join and compliment the existing team on an exciting new build scheme, We are seeking someone with a solid Main contracting background, gained specifically within Tier 1 contracting,  a strong technical aptitude and a proven track record in delivering high quality public sector works to time and budget.

In addition to being an established at managing people & processes, it's essential you have a comprehensive understanding of  Building regs and the Building safety act, excellent H & S awareness  together with good IT and communication skills. 

Applications are welcomed from academic or trades backgrounds but an SMSTS, a Manager's CSCS card and a First aid at work will be essential with Asbestos awareness, Scaffold inspection & Temporary works being advantageous.
