Senior Design Manager, Midlands*
As a result of their continued expansion, this hugely successful contractor is currently seeking a Senior Design Manager to join their new team based in the Midlands. This well-established business has a reputation for building award winning schemes, especially within the public sector.
The successful candidate will initially be running their own schemes but might also end up recruiting additional Design staff for the team. It is therefore essential that applicants have experience managing more junior staff whilst also being hands-on in running RC-Framed, residential remedial projects autonomously.
This role would suit Senior Technical or Design Managers with residential or mixed-use experience within a similar developer or main contractor and must be knowledgeable in current regulations, in particular fire regulations and BSR. Experienced Technical and Design Managers will also be considered.
