About the Role:
 
The Property Business Partner will play a crucial role in managing property-related capital projects across diverse portfolios, including Regeneration, Arts, Culture & Leisure, and Education. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading capital projects and estate programs within specific directorates.
Partnering with Clients stakeholders to integrate property needs within strategic asset management.
Implementing the Estate Strategy and asset management plans.
Acting as a liaison between client directorates and property services to align customer needs with technical solutions. Skills & Experience Required:

Deep knowledge of operations, property, and asset management.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand stakeholder needs.
Experience in project, contract, and financial management; NEC PM accreditation is a plus. Why Join Us?
