About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join a well-established and highly reputable M&E contractor with over 50 years of industry success. Based in Dartford, this role will involve managing and delivering a range of electrical projects across commercial and residential sectors while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing multiple electrical contracts from pre-construction through to completion.

*

Managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

*

Coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

*

Ensuring health & safety compliance across all sites.

*

Maintaining and developing strong client relationships through regular communication.

*

Managing procurement, variations, and cost control.

*

Resolving technical and contractual issues efficiently.

Key Requirements:

✅ Experience: Proven background as an Electrical Contracts Manager within the M&E sector.
✅ Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, regulations, and compliance.
✅ Project Management: Experience handling multiple contracts and delivering projects on time and within budget.
✅ Commercial Awareness: Ability to oversee budgets, procurement, and financial reporting.
✅ Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
✅ Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical and contractual challenges.
