Vacancy: Fleet and Demonstration Administrator
Location: Coalville LE67
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours
Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 plus profit share bonus

Key Responsibilities: Fleet and Demonstration Administrator

To support in the coordination of the demonstration/training/support fleet diaries for Demo-Trainers and vehicles
Requests to the service network and subcontractors for repairs, routine service, periodic safety inspections and annual MOTs where applicable for Bucher Fleet vehicles
Requests to the service network to prepare vehicles for demo/support/hire/sale
Receive Support/Hire Vehicle Requests (as per demo requests) and ensure all the correct and necessary information is provided ahead of an allocation of a vehicle if deemed necessary
Loan Agreements, Hire contracts & Logistics Damage control requests to service network at start and end of any vehicle being left with a customer
Requests to the service network to quote for any chargeable damage once vehicle is returned or damaged while with a customer
Generate used equipment quotes as requested by Fleet and Asset mgr
Requests to the service network to prepare vehicles for sale as per CS34 process Requests to accounts to generate used equipment invoices Internal notifications post vehicle sale for warranty activations, vehicles related documents and changes of vehicle keeper release of spare keys,
Requests to the service network to re-appraise trade-in vehicles upon delivery to Bucher
Take and resolve telephone and written queries
Support the Demonstration and Training Administrator as required
Scheduling in the diary for vehicle maintenance
Support invoicing
General administrative duties including information gathering, post.Fleet and Demonstration Administrator
