Role: Design Coordinator/ Architectural Technician

Location: Wickford, Essex

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience

The Role:

A regional generalist building contractor. Predominantly working on fitout and newbuild construction projects spanning over Commercial and educational.

They are ideally looking for someone with a few years experience for a contractor who can support a Design Manager. It would then be expected that the successful candidate after some time would start to pickup their own smaller schemes

Responsibilities:

Architectural working drawing and design skills
Have knowledge and understanding of the Building Regulations
Ability to use AutoCAD, Excel and Word
Must be able to use your own initiative to complete tasks
Managing standard details and specifications and ensuring these are issued out on the relevant projects
Aiding the Design ManagerThis is a great opportunity to prepare yourself for a Design Manager position with great room for development and guidance from established professionals.
