We are seeking a Band 6 Community Nurse to join the CAMHS BeeU Neurodevelopmental Team, focusing on triage and screening for children and young people with suspected ADHD and autism.

? Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct parental discussions and lead triage of referrals to determine suitability for full diagnostic assessments.
✅ Perform neurodevelopmental screening and communicate clearly with referrers, families, and schools.
✅ Attend multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to care planning and outcome discussions.
✅ Work closely with educational and healthcare professionals to support a holistic assessment process.
✅ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure timely communication of outcomes.

? Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
? Location: Severnfields / Telford
