We are collaborating with a secondary school that needs a full-time, long-term role on the outskirts of Grimsby.

The role involves the following responsibilities:

Work closely with pupils in small groups and 1:1 that may have additional needs.
Support and manage students' behaviour helping them stay focused and on task.
Support teachers and the SEN department in school.
Follow safeguarding and behavioural policies.
Adapt activities and learning resources to make learning more engaging and individualised to the pupil.The rate for this role is £83.33 - £90.00 depending on experience.

Experience working with students in an educational setting (Early Years/Primary/Secondary).
