Are you a Freelance Site Engineer currently looking for your next contract?

Aqua-Tech Recruitment are currently working with a leading groundworks contractor who are looking to add a Freelance Site Engineer to their team covering residential sites across the Central Belt.

ASAP start date and this contract is for long-term work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interpret engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation on-site.

* Conduct site surveys, setting out, and leveling.

* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and health & safety regulations.

* Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to senior management.

* Resolve any technical issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a related field.

* Proven experience in a Site Engineer role, ideally within the civil engineering sector.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and health & safety regulations.

* Valid CSCS card and full UK driving license.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience setting out for residential projects. You will be required to work Mon – Friday, £28P/H and our client will accept all tax payment methods.
