ROLE : Photocopier Field Service Engineer

LOCATION : Lancashire

Are you a forward-thinking field service engineer with either a print / MFD or break-fix background (ATM / EPOS / IT Hardware) and seeking a new challenge? Join a company that is ahead of the curve in IT solutions!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Service, repair, and maintenance of MFDs
Achieve high first-time fix rates for calls
Deliver exceptional customer service and product training
Manage vehicle stock
Cover the areas of Lancashire

Requirements:

We are looking for experienced photocopier or break-fix service engineers living within the specified areas who can offer:

Strong customer-facing skills and experience
Theoretical and practical knowledge of industry best practices
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Proven technical experience in electro-mechanical systems
Excellent IT knowledge, including networking

£28,500 + bonus (Monday to Friday - no weekend work or anti social hours!)
