About the Company:

Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Psychiatrist to join their team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a range of mental
health conditions, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health
conditions.
 Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, including medication
management and psychotherapy.
 Provide ongoing clinical care and support to patients with a variety of psychiatric
disorders, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and substance use
disorders.
 Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to
ensure comprehensive care.
 Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in accordance with legal and professional
standards.
 Participate in regular multidisciplinary meetings, case reviews, and supervision.
 Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in psychiatry to inform best
practices.
 Engage in continuing professional development (CPD) and contribute to the training and
mentoring of junior staff and trainees.

Qualifications and Experience:

 Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry (MRC Psych or equivalent).
 Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and inclusion on the Specialist
Register in Psychiatry.
 Proven experience working as a psychiatrist in a clinical setting, with a strong
understanding of mental health issues across a broad spectrum.
 Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to formulate effective treatment plans.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with
patients and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
 Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
