We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Assembly Engineer for a bespoke manufacturing company based in Mirfield, WF14.

This is a permanent role, and an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, expanding business, working in a new, modern manufacturing facility. This role offers immediate challenge as well as the opportunity to be involved, and lead, group wide projects.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Heading up a multi process manufacturing environment you will work within a
growing team of engineers
- Mechanical Assembly of equipment at the client's new factory independently and
with a team, depending on the type of equipment
- Testing of equipment during and at the end of assembly
- Set up and commissioning of equipment at factory
- Understanding on pneumatic setup and operation
- Familiarity with Siemens PLC, touch screens and wiring diagrams
- Electrical training is available to enable successful applicants to further develop electrical and diagnostic skills

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience within an equipment manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Good time management and the ability to manage several tasks at once
- Willingness to learn and develop self
- Good team work

Hours:
- Monday-Thursday, 07:30am-16:00pm
- Friday, 07:30am-14:45pm
- 38.75 hours a week

- £25k-£33.5k pa depending on level of experience
