Our client a leading regional firm are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Corporate Partner to join their highly successful team in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to be a core part of a growing office, with the backing of a Tier 1 ranked Corporate team known for handling complex and high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and joint ventures.
Support and grow the Kent Corporate team alongside the lead Partner.
Engage in business development activities, including networking and drafting sector-relevant content.
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.Requirements:

Extensive experience in corporate law, with a strong track record in M&A and private equity.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business development.
