Duties to Include:

* Responsible for motivating and developing the sales team

* Develop new markets

* Set up and monitor supply agreements and contracts

* Management of target delivery and working to deadlines

* Presentations, costing and quote generation

* Account management/relationship management

Experience/Skills Required:

* Proven track record in sales at a managerial level

* Excellent people management skills

* Good general engineering background

* Team player
