Project Coordinator

£27,500 - £30,000 per annum 

Z-Tech is on the hunt for a Project Coordinator with experience in planning programmes of work and managing team whereabouts in a fast-paced, reactive environment. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Coordinator/Planner ready to take on a challenge. If you're great with people, articulate yourself effectively in high-pressure situations, find Excel a breeze, and are known for being highly organised—this may be the perfect role for you.

Role Summary:

You will work closely with team members to achieve project goals by assigned deadlines. You’ll keep up to date on all aspects of projects, assign duties, and assist others to ensure even complicated tasks are completed in an orderly and timely manner. You’ll also use your expertise to solve unexpected problems and communicate with management.

To be successful, you’ll ideally need experience in:
 
A Project Coordinator or similar role
Preparing and interpreting flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
Street works knowledge, including NRSWA and LANTRA, with experience in organizing works on rural and urban roads
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
Proficiency in Excel
Highly organised with great people skills
