Are you an experienced gas operations professional with a passion for leadership and improvement? Consult Energy have a new opportunity for a Gas Settlements Team Leader, where you’ll lead a skilled team, enhance operational processes, and drive business growth in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a key part of our Gas Settlements Team, you will:

* Oversee team performance, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.

* Optimise gas supply portfolio management and reporting.

* Mentor team members, providing training and support their development.

* Build strong relationships with Third-Party Agents and internal teams.

* Drive process improvements to align with industry changes and business goals.

About You

Essential Experience & Skills:

* 3+ years in gas operations roles (including settlements & metering).

* Proven team leadership or a desire to develop these skills in the role.

* Strong data analysis skills and advanced MS Excel proficiency.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Strong relationship builder and effective mentor.

* Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: London (hybrid working)

Salary: £42,000 - £46,000 (depending on experience)
