Our client is urgently seeking an experienced IT Change Manager with a solid background in reporting to join the team on a fixed term contract until December 2025.
As the IT Change Manager, you’ll bridge the gap between the Global Service Desk and the IT Service Management team, playing a critical part in delivering regular reports on IT function metrics and supporting workflows and documentation.
Key responsibilities as the IT Change Manager:
* Develop high-level process flows and facilitate solution design for business systems.
* Effectively integrate systems and business processes to ensure smooth operations.
* Adopt a customer-focused approach to ensure that changes deliver tangible value to the business.
* Lead all aspects of the reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Create, implement, and maintain a report depository to provide data and analytics to senior teams in a timely manner.
* Implement and manage a reporting schedule that aligns with the business needs, adapting to varying demands and handling ad-hoc requests as required.
* Analyse key performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
* Collaborate with commercial and reporting disciplines to ensure reporting quality aligns with company standards.
* Provide exceptional expertise in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Key Skills and experience required as the IT Change Manager:
* Proven experience in change management role.
* Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to analyse complex data and deliver meaningful insights.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment, managing multiple priorities.
