Your Mission:
As an Operations Technician, you'll be at the heart of our operations, bringing our clients' mobile separation equipment to life. Requirements:

* A keen interest in mechanical or electrical systems.

* The ability to work autonomously, managing tasks effectively at remote sites post-training.

* Flexibility to adapt to evolving customer needs and project demands.

* Strong customer service ethos, with stellar communication skills to build trust and rapport.

* Willingness for occasional travel and stay away from home for up to 10 days, depending on shift patterns.

* A passion for forging a career in the Water Utilities sector, coupled with a zest for continuous learning and growth.

* Readiness to embrace varied shift schedules, including staggered starts and night shifts.

* A valid manual vehicle driving licence, ideally clean.

Key Responsibilities:

* Expertly install, operate, and maintain a range of Mobile Separation Equipment.

* Fine-tune machine settings for optimal processing outcomes.

* Support Service Engineers during site visits or at our workshop.

* Post-training, engage with the sales team for customer visits and surveys.

* Lead and train subcontracted labour and new team members.

* Diligently follow Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all installation and operational tasks.

Working Hours:

* The shift pattern consists of 10 consecutive days on, followed by 4 days off. For night shifts, there will be 4 days off before transitioning into 9 consecutive nights, followed by 5 days off before starting the day pattern again. Night shifts occur once every 3 to 4 weeks.
