Job Title: Administrator
Location: Ayr
Remuneration: £11 per hour
Contract Details:
- Contract Type: Temporary (3 months)
- Start Date: 11th November 2024
- Working Pattern: Part-Time, Monday - Thursday, 1pm - 5pm (this can vary)
Responsibilities:
Handle telephone and email correspondence efficiently.
Process expenses for volunteers.
Print and organise training tasks.
Participate in team meetings and take minutes.
Undertake basic administrative duties
Provide general support to the existing teamSkills Required:
Strong email management skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Good IT skills including Office 365 experience.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in Excel for data management.

Only a 10-minute walk to the train station.Our client, a well-respected charity, is seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join their team for a temporary assignment. As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in handling telephone and email correspondence, with emails being the primary focus. You will also be responsible for processing expenses for volunteers and assisting with various administrative tasks such as printing training materials. This is not a technically demanding role, but strong IT skills, including familiarity with Office 365, Teams, Outlook, and Excel, are necessary.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, combined with a good telephone manner. Previous office experience is preferred but not essential. The ability to manage documents, administer existing files, and possess a high level of computer literacy are key requirements.
