Job Vacancy: Site Manager

Role: Site Manager - Project Refurbishment

Location: Reading

Project Duration: 5 months

(Please note there will be a Christmas shutdown from 23rd December 2024 to 1st January 2025.)

Project Overview:

Options Resourcing has been tasked with finding an experienced Site Manager to oversee a newly awarded refurbishment project. The project involves comprehensive internal refurbishment, external respraying, and reroofing works.

Requirements:

- SMSTS Certification- required for managing on-site safety and compliance

- Experience in Cladding and Industrial Roofing - critical for overseeing roofing and cladding aspects of the project

- Desirable: Familiarity with sustainable construction practices, particularly with Star standard
