Technical Assistant Responsibilities

• Collect, organise, and manage technical data for plant machinery
• Create lifting load data charts based on customer requests
• Validate and sign off calibration data files from the installation team
• Collaborate with design and installation teams for technical data management
• Support process improvements and workflow efficiency
• Provide occasional customer support outside of normal working hours, when required

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience with databases and process management tools
• Strong technical skills with a good understanding of mathematics and problem-solving
• Ability to read and interpret technical data related to plant machinery
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking directly with customers and technical teams
