Due to company growth, we have an exciting opportunity for Recruitment Resourcer to join our head office team in Mortimer, West Berkshire.

Who we are?
Amegreen Children’s Services is an established and respected provider of residential children’s homes having been established in 2013. Our independent children’s homes are rated as Outstanding by Ofsted and provide therapeutic care to children between the ages of 5 and 18 who are unable to live with their families.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer you will support the wider recruitment process and be a part of a thriving, ambitious and collaborative team where you will Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business.
Key Duties (but not limited to)
* Source talent with specialist skills and experience relating to the industry we work in
* Write engaging adverts and conduct research on which platforms they should be posted
* Monitor candidate queries and applications received through the recruitment inbox and our ATS (Talos) and ensure all candidate applications are processed inline with Safer Recruitment regulations
* Pre-screen and shortlist suitable candidates against the defined job vacancies
* Deliver an amazing candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
* Post engaging content on social media platforms to promote our vacancies and show candidates what life is like working at Amegreen Children’s Services
Skills and Experience
* Experience within a recruitment resourcing position is essential
* Knowledge and experience is childcare services is desirable
* Excellent written skills and computer proficiency
* Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people at all levels
* Work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
* The ability to work calmly under pressure with a flexible working attitude.
