PRS are currently looking for a temp agency Chef De Partie in the Northampton (NN4) area. 

We require someone for 1 weeks cover 08/07/2024 to 12/07/2024
Working hours; 7am to 4pm per day
Pay rate; £18 per hour.

The successful candidate MUST hold a current Basic DBS Certificate

Duties include; 

Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
Full knowledge of all menu items served
Management of production to ensure minimal wastage
Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards
Capturing and recording all volumes consumed and overproduction
Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
Discussing ideas or improvements with line managerEssential requirements;

MUST have a current Basic DBS Certificate
NVQ Level 2 Culinary or equivalent
Level 2 food hygiene certificate
