Are you a dedicated Conveyancing Solicitor seeking an exciting new role within a friendly, growing legal practice? We are a small but expanding team based in Birmingham, looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join us and handle a diverse range of residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities for the Conveyancing Solicitor:

* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

* Providing expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process

* Ensuring all conveyancing transactions are handled efficiently and in compliance with the latest legal standards

* Drafting contracts and handling all aspects of property law

* Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other professionals

* Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives for the firm’s conveyancing services

* Mentoring junior members of the team and offering guidance on complex conveyancing issues

Ideal Candidate for the Conveyancing Solicitor Role:

* Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with proven experience in residential property law (either solicitor or legal executive)

* Strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process, from instruction to completion

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently

* Exceptional communication skills and a client-focused approach

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team

* Enthusiastic about growing and developing the firm’s conveyancing department
