My client is a industry leading principle contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Fit Out Manager to join the company and assist in managing a large scale residential dvelopment based in Cambridgeshire.
The ideal candidate will have experience in RC buildings involving metal/drylining, 1st and 2nd fix MEP installations, all finishing trades i.e. hard/soft flooring, joinery/carpentry works, kitchen installation, tiling, painting/decorating etc.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Fit Out Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Ammending and working to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Managing sub contractors
• Progress reports
Fit Out Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• Experienced managing fit out packages for competitior contractors.
• Experienced in overseeing various trades and labour.
• 8+ years management experience
