Are you an experienced Service Advisor with a background in light commercial vehicles or passenger cars? Join a reputable dealership group in Milton Keynes, representing a quality brand known for excellence and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences for our customers. Working closely with our service team, you’ll manage the customer journey from initial booking to vehicle handover, ensuring each client receives top-tier service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage customer appointments, including repairs and service schedules.

* Liaise between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and expectations.

* Provide updates and advice on necessary maintenance or repair work.

* Maintain high standards of customer care, aiming for complete customer satisfaction and retention.

* Achieve monthly performance targets with the opportunity to earn up to £1,000 per month in bonuses.

What We Offer:

* Competitive Salary: £30,000 basic, with a potential monthly bonus up to £1,000.

* Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 6 pm, plus one in four Saturday mornings.

About You:
You’ll bring prior experience as a Service Advisor, ideally in a dealership or automotive service centre, with a solid understanding of light commercial or passenger vehicles. You’ll be comfortable in a dynamic environment, skilled in customer interaction, and committed to high-quality service. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills and have the ability to build rapport with customers and handle queries with confidence and clarity.
