ERP Systems Lead | £45,000 - £50,000 DOE | Norwich / Onsite

We’re looking for an ERP Systems Specialist to manage and support the ERP and business applications for a well-established company that provides high-quality products and services to workplaces across the UK. This is a standalone role, covering everything from day-to-day system administration to ERP intergrations. 

My client have been transitioning to NetSuite, but prior NetSuite experience isn’t essential —just hands on experience in ERP Support / Management.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support NetSuite ERP, including integrations, troubleshooting, and user management.
Lead system rollouts, including a new Warehouse Management System (RF-SMART, Oracle).
Support user access, permissions, and IT security, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
Work with external IT support for system upgrades and complex queries.
Provide technical expertise and training to internal teams, helping them get the most out of business systems.Skills & Experience

Experience in an ERP Sys Admin, ERP Consultant, ERP Support, ERP Lead, ERP Manager or IT Manager role or similar
Must have experience supporting and administering an ERP
Background in ERP, CRM, and business system administration.
Familiarity with NetSuite would be ideal, if not, another ERP such as SAP, JD Edwards, Dynamics, Sage, Infor, Epicor, Salesforce etc
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues quickly.
A solid understanding of security practices and protocols.
Full UK driving license – occasional travel to London (1-2x per month)Salary/Benefits
