Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Perth (Hybrid: 50% office, 50% home-based)
Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Start Date: January 2025
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and merge documents efficiently
Handle tight deadlines with precision
Collate information for submissions to Ofgem
Set up meetings for management
Occasionally travel to attend meetings
Manage and update project trackers
Flag issues to project managers
Utilise Viewpoint and SharePoint for document management
Prepare and compile key project documents
Ensure smooth scheduling of project teams' movements, calendars, and meetings
Liaise with key stakeholders and attend meetings as required
Manage engagement paperwork, including invoices, Purchase Orders, requisitions, and external resource engagement requestsPreferred Experience:
Proficiency in Viewpoint or SharePointWhat We Need:
Excellent administration and organisational skills
High literacy with a keen eye for detail
Ability to prioritise workload under demanding timescales
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting prioritiesBenefits:
