As a Scrub Nurse or ODP for (Gynaecology, Urology, and Robotics), you will:

Assist in positioning and preparing patients as directed by the surgical team.
Ensure specimens are correctly labelled and dispatched.
Control cross infection by adhering to departmental policies.
Participate in induction and orientation programmes for new staff.
Prepare patients for clinical/operative procedures.
Provide assistance in clinical/operative procedures.
Take charge of the clinical area in the absence of an advanced practitioner.
Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate peri-operative patient care.
Supervise and delegate tasks to junior and less experienced staff.Package and Benefits:

1st level registration Adult and/or Children or relevant Diploma/Degree.
Previous perioperative experience in Gynaecology, Urology, and Robotics (at least 6 months robotics experience)
NMC or HCPC registration.
Ability to deliver high standards of care.
Knowledge of current professional nursing issues.If you are a Scrub Nurse, Operating Department Practitioner, ODP,  Theatre Nurse, Operating Room Nurse, Perioperative Nurse, or Surgical Nurse, this role could be perfect for you. Experience in Gynaecology, Urology, and Robotics is highly valued.
