✨ What You’ll Do:

Support young people of all genders, especially those with emotional and/or behavioural challenges.
Work 39 hours a week, including three shifts from 08:00 to 23:00, with two sleep-ins.
Help create a safe, supportive, and homely atmosphere where young people can thrive. ✨ What We Offer:

Starting Salary: £26,320 for 39 hours and 2 sleep-ins per week. With overtime (45 hours and 2 sleep-ins), it can go up to £30,235!
Extra Pay: Additional hours over 45 are paid at time and a quarter, and extra sleep-ins are £40 per night.
