FOH Supervisor - Contract Catering - Work life balance - Wareham

A FOH Supervisor is required for a Contract Catering Company based near Wareham.

The role involves working front of house in the staff eateries, supervising staff, serving food, clearing tables and providing excellent customer service.

As a FOH Supervisor, you will work 37.5 hours per week on straight shifts, Monday-Friday 6am-2pm or 11.30am-8pm and a weekend is only required every 1 in 3. The shift is 9.45am-6.15pm.

FOH Supervisor responsibilities:

* Serve food in the restaurant and deli

* Provide excellent customer service

* Lead the team to deliver high standards

* Clear tables

* Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere

* Assist in Health & Safety paperwork

FOH Supervisor requirements:

* Some supervisory experience in the catering industry

* Barista experience an advantage but training will be given

* A passion for providing excellent customer service

* A great team player yet able to work comfortably on own

* Good customer service skills

* Pass DBS clearance
