I am currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader ideally with experience within the FMCG industry, but not essential as attitude toward working ethics is more important.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to brand leaders within the FMCG industry and be a team player leading by example at all times. This role would ideally suit someone wanting to take a step into Warehouse Management within the FMCG industry.

Shifts

4 on 4 off days and nightsMain responsibilities

Operate 4 different types of FLT to include VNA
Assist the shift managers
Manage and motivate the team ensuring KPI's are achieved
Develop and train new and existing team members
Manage goods inwards
Disciplinary and grievance management
Shift plan and cover holiday and sickness
Carry out daily briefings to ensure staff are aware of their daily duties
Health and safety check ensuring the company policy is followed at all times
Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
