Put yourself in the shoes of the customer, be the person who Champions the customer experience within our product set to deliver Fibre Broadband products that help us connect left behind rural communities and reduce the digital divide
Help drive and develop our existing product set to deliver great value to our customers and our business.
To do this, sector expertise is essential.
We need the technical FTTP / FTTH / Fibre Broadband knowledge, someone who brings an understanding of the development of hardware, software, the networking, and system intricacies that are key to the makeup of successful Fibre Broadband products.
You will have an engineering background, an inquisitive mindset who can identify a problem or business opportunity and solve it through working closely with business stakeholders such as marketing, propositions, sales, customer, operations, technology, etc.
Delivery is key so you will be able to evidence the technical implementation of similar products end to end, bringing a structured approach and knowledge of product management and the artifacts required, including roadmaps, prototyping and research techniques.
