Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues and support implementations.
* Document all technical processes, client interactions, and troubleshooting steps accurately.
Essential Requirements:
* Sage 200 Support Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sage 200 support, with a proven track record of successful issue resolution.
* UK-Based: Candidate must be located in the UK and have the right to work in the country.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Sage 200, SQL databases, and familiarity with supporting third-party integrations.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for client interactions and detailed documentation.
