Role Description

We're seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer specialized in Dental Equipment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated professional who is skilled in handling technical issues with a great eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of dental equipment. The role is for an engineer based in North London and there will be an obligation to travel to sites across London and the surrounding areas when necessary.

Qualifications

* A degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering

Skills & Experience

* Excellent knowledge of dental technology, dental chair systems, and associated electrical and mechanical systems

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of dental equipment, including handpieces, dental chairs, and X- ray equipment

* Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, repair and replace defective components using standard tools

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects or service calls, and work under pressure to meet deadlines

* Strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues

* Valid UK driver's license and the ability to travel within the UK and sometimes overseas
