As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality surveying services. You'll manage a diverse range of projects, from building inspections to contract administration, ensuring excellence and compliance throughout.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Building Surveyor:

Conduct comprehensive building assessments
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients
Oversee and mentor junior surveyors
Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standardsRequirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:

RICS accredited with substantial experience in building surveying
Proven client management abilitiesOn offer for the Senior Building Surveyor:

A basic salary ranging between £50,000 - £55,000
