About the Role
As a QA Team Lead, you'll play an essential role in ensuring that all incoming raw materials meet our stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate quality checks on raw materials intake, ensuring all materials meet agreed specifications
Act as the main QA contact for material quality assessment, with the ability to address issues promptly on the floor
Supervise and support the QA team in inspecting incoming goods, managing non-conformities, and addressing issues promptly
Lead a team of 5 direct reports
Engage with suppliers and troubleshoot in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

About You
This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in materials quality assurance, especially within an FMCG environment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions are crucial.

Key Skills

Proven experience in materials QA, preferably within FMCG
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks
Basic computer proficiency
HACCP Level 3 or similar food safety qualification (desirable)

Working Hours

Tuesday to Saturday, 8am-4pm
