Are you an Architectural Technician looking to join a close-knit, successful company who offer training, progression, and the chance to work on exciting and bespoke projects across the residential sector?

This is is a well-established architectural company who have been going for over a decade, who have won numerous awards for their building excellence. This is a job for life and a great opportunity to build a career. They primarily focus on residential housing projects such as New Builds, Extensions and Loft conversions.

They are looking for an Architectural Technician with good technical and construction knowledge to work on projects primarily within the residential sector, you will be liaising with a variety of clients from private developers giving you the opportunity to work on some exciting designs projects to offer stability and add value to the business.

This is the opportunity to progress as an Architect with a company offering plenty of training and a huge variety of projects giving you stability and the chance to progress within the company.

The Role:

Designing using AutoCAD
Liaising with clients
Dealing with the lifecycle of projects
Translating the project proposal from concept into a 3D AutoCAD model
preparation and submission of drawings for Planning Permission and Building Regulations
The Person:

Architectural Technology Qualification or similar
AutoCAD Architecture 3D modelling
Understanding of digital architectural measuring tools
Practical understanding of house building
