Responsive Repairs & Maintenance Client Details

A large housing association responsible for managing and maintaining over 25,000 properties in the North West of England Description

You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in social housing
Majority of repairs will be Carpentry/Joinery, however you will be required to carry out other basic repairs in plumbing, plastering (patching), decorating
Works will be carried out in occupied properties therefore good customer service skills will be required Profile

Previous experience working in a similar maintenance role is required - specifically social housing
You must have at least NVQ Level 2 (or Equivalent) in carpentry and joinery
You must have a clean driving license
You must have your own basic tools Job Offer

Initial 3 month temporary contract starting ASAP, possibility to extend/become permanent
Competitive pay rates; up to £24.00 per hour (various payment methods available)
You will be provided with a company van from day 1
Work mobile, PDA provided
Uniform and Makita tools also provided
