Business Development Manager – Talent Consulting – London, UK (Hybrid) – Possibl

Possibl is pleased to be partnering with a long standing, highly innovative client who specialise in consulting across talent assessment for selection and development from graduates through to high potentials, managers and senior leaders using the principles of psychology.

A new position has become available for a Business Development Manager to join their established, successful BD team on a permanent basis, reporting into the director as they look to increase their market share and opportunity for positive impact with new and existing clients.

You would be joining a fast paced, entrepreneurial business offering world class products and services with real meaning and purpose, good brand equity and awareness, punchy client names, no industry alignments for wide opportunity, international scope as well as a good base salary, benefits, uncapped commission and high OTE.

**1 day in London office per week**

About you:

Time served in an out and out business development or sales role, within talent, leadership, HR or human capital consulting (or similar ie HR Tech)
Track record delivering on and exceeding individual/team targets
Experience pitching, proposal shaping and selling to directors, VPs, heads of talent, TA, learning, HR
Ability to identify, nurture, develop and close deals from £50-250k+
Consultative, self starting, motivated and hungry
