We are working with a safety critical manufacturer who are looking to add an exceptional Production Manager to their team. This role would suit an experienced manager that understands CNC Machining to tight tolerances / safety critical applications and wants to have ownership / make a real difference.

The Production Manager will

* Have overall responsibility for site production and OTIF delivery to customers

* Directly manager and mentor shift managers

* Liaise with other departments (Quality, Finance etc) as needed and be a key voice on the senior leadership team

The Production Manager will possess

* Demonstrable experience in a similar role

* Suitable management qualification or experience

* The ability to communicate well at all levels.

In return for fulfilling the role of Production Manager our client can offer a salary of up to £55,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package.
